1. Engineering Services & Advisory

All structural designs, calculations, Good-For-Construction drawings, and consultation reports provided by The Skytech Structural Consultant are prepared by licensed civil/structural engineers in accordance with prevailing Indian Standards (IS Codes) and municipal building bylaws.

2. Project Specificity

Structural engineering designs and calculations are site-specific and tailored strictly to verified soil bearing capacities, seismic zone classifications, and architectural geometry. Drawings must not be reused for other locations without written consent and technical re-validation.
