When you request structural consultations, cost-reduction drawing audits, or project quotations, we collect personal data (Name, Phone Number, Email, Project Location, and Architectural Drawings) strictly based on your clear, affirmative consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Grievance Officer.

3. Data Minimization & Engineering Purpose Limitation

Your data is processed solely for structural engineering design, stability assessments, soil report reviews, statutory building certifications, and official client communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or structural project data with third-party advertising brokers.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Summary of your personal and project data processed by The Skytech.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Rectification of inaccurate contact details and erasure of project data no longer necessary for statutory engineering recordkeeping.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Prompt resolution of any privacy or data handling concerns.
